HANDS-ON PRIVATE LESSONS, IN-HOME DOG TRAINING, BEHAVIORAL OR BASICS

Devoted to Dog’s mission is to allow humans and their canine companions to cohabit peacefully in a manner that benefits all involved parties—two-legged and four-legged.

We teach our clients how to build relationships with their dogs through positive reinforcement dog training, environmental management, and straight-forward day-to-day strategies that create substantial change for all involved.  

We have dealt with almost every variety of canine behavior, though dogs do always continue to surprise and amaze us! Issues we have extensive experience working with include;

• Leash reactivity

• Resource Guarding

• Dog-to-dog in-home aggression

• Dog-to-human aggression

• Puppy foundations for life

• Basic manners

Our current training options include:

• Initial Consultation ($225, 90 minutes)

  • This is the first step in our training process, where your trainer comes to your home to meet you and your dog. You’ll get an in-depth analysis of your dogs’ behavior, tips and tricks to start implementing immediately to help solve current issues or boost training, and a “game plan going forward.” The consultations also include a follow up written explanation of everything you’ve gone over and learned.

• Private lessons (starting at $175/hour, packages available)

  • Private lessons are a great option for dog savvy owners who need some extra assistance and guidance in achieving desired behavior changes. We will join you in your home to come up with up a game plan, work together, and review how you can take action and implement new training strategies into your daily life.

• Day Training at Home (starting at $1,595 for 10 sessions; larger packages up to 30 sessions available)

  • Our Day Training program is a great way to kick start your dog’s training career! Day Training students receiving training twice twice a week for 8 sessions, where a certified trainer will come to your home to work with your dog on your family’s training goals. Owner presence not required! Day Training packages also include 2 private lessons with you to go over everything your dog has learned.

• “Reverse” Board & Train (starting at $2,995)

  • An intensive program that includes day training up to 4x/week for 4 weeks. Get the benefits of daily training without your dog having to leave your home!

• Ask us about virtual training options and our puppy board & train programs!

  • Puppy board & train programs are highly customized and take place in the trainer’s home for 2-3 weeks. Contact us for details!

We have decades of combined experience with a vast array of breeds and temperaments, and are comfortable with bright-eyed puppies, dogs with more challenging histories, and everything in between. We rely on scientifically-based methods and learning theories to teach our canine and human clientele how to achieve the results they desire. All of our training staff hold current certifications, and we pursue continuing education to ensure we are always on pace with emerging information in the behavioral realm.
